Flowers and Basil Leaves: Beyond the Garden Gate
The background pages (cardstock & also paper that I print onto) is not yellow as it appears on these
copies. It is a buffy off white really. Here I printed with lavendar ink a background of florentine
swirl (peeping around edges of photos). Also I printed in lavendar ink two different lace doilies from
A Stitch in Time. I printed in gray ink sunflowers and basil leaves (in different sizes) from
Beyond the Garden Gate. Then I colored them with a Q-tip and chalk and cut them out, then arranged
them on two pages.
